What data and why

When you visit the website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address) is stored in server log files. When you make a reservation or an order, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, delivery address where applicable, and order details) solely to handle your request.

Third-party services

For online payments we use Stripe; payment data is processed directly by Stripe (stripe.com/privacy). To display our location we embed Google Maps (policies.google.com/privacy). Your IP address may be transmitted to the respective provider.

Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law.
